I'm Chris, a Dedicated personal trainer, and passionate about health and fitness.

I created Ascend PT to help people break through limitations, both physically and mentally. Like many of my clients, I understand how difficult it can be to balance fitness with a busy lifestyle. Long work hours, stress, and lack of structure can make it feel impossible to stay consistent.

That’s why my approach is built around simplicity, structure, and sustainability. No extremes. No guesswork. Just proven methods that get results and can be maintained longterm.
